Questions
How do we send requests?
Usually in a shared Slack channel, or however your team already works: email, a board or a call. We agree priorities together and show you what changed as it ships.
How do you charge?
However fits the work: an ongoing arrangement, a fixed price for a defined project, or a share of revenue or equity with the right partner. We agree it before anything starts.
What if we ask for something big and something small at once?
We size each request with you and agree the order. Small fixes usually ship within days, and bigger pieces are split up so you see progress along the way.
Who will we be working with?
A small senior team. The same people design, build and run your software, and you talk to them directly, not through an account manager.
Can you work with our existing developers or IT team?
Yes. We can own a separate tool end to end, or work in your codebase with your reviews and release process. Your IT team gets the access list and security details up front.
Is there a long contract?
No lock-in. The code, hosting and accounts are always yours, so you can take everything in-house whenever you want.
